1.Start using cream on the first day of your menstrual period 2.Use once a day for 25 straight days no matter what 3.Stop using the cream and wait for your menstrual period to start 4.Start using cream again on the 1st day of your menstural period for another 25 days 5.Continue this "on-and-off" cycle
**If you have NOT started your menstrual period 10 days after stopping use, start the next 25 day cycle** You may apply your cream to inner thighs, behind your knees, on the inner forearm or upper arm.
