Our Doctors

Amber French, D.O. FACOOG, Board Certified OB/GYN

Dr. French grew up on a farm in Illinois. She attended Augustana College in Rock Island, Il for her BA and the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine for her doctor of Osteopathy. She spent four years outside of Philadelphia in Norristown, PA doing a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a board certified OB/Gyn.

Dr. French started Crown Mountain Women’s Health in 2004 in Dahlonega. In 2009, a second location was opened in Dawsonville. She has been very active in the Dahlonega community. Since 2004 she has been a member of the Dahlonega Chamber of Commerce and joined the Dawsonville Chamber in 2009.

Robert Brown, M.D. Canadian Board Certified OB/GYN

A naturalized American Citizen, Dr.Brown was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. He obtained his M.D. at the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada. He was awarded two gold medals at graduation for topping his class in Radiology and Pediatrics. He graduated with honors his final year. Dr. Brown continued his obstetrical and gynecological training at University of Western Ontario, and after four years of training became Canadian Board Certified. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. With over 6000 babies delivered, Dr. Brown enjoys all aspects of the care of his pregnant patients with complex medical illnesses.
